Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Mila Apps LTD for the use of RoxPace ("the App"). By using the App you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.

Not medical advice

RoxPace is a training and race-pacing tool, not a medical device or a healthcare provider. Training plans, predictions, pacing targets, heart-rate zones and coach replies are estimates for informational purposes only. They are not medical advice and can be wrong. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing training, and stop exercising if you feel unwell. You train at your own risk.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the App or attempt to access it other than through the interfaces we provide.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account. Guest mode keeps data on your device only; if you lose the device or delete the App without signing in, that data cannot be recovered by us.

Subscriptions

RoxPace Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or annually, and may include a free trial.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service.

Features included in Pro may change as the App develops. If we materially reduce what a paid tier includes, we will tell you.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and display it in order to operate the App, including sending coach messages to the provider described in the Privacy Policy. Feedback you send may be used to improve the App.

Acceptable use

Do not use the App to break the law, to submit content you have no right to submit, to attack or overload our services, or to interfere with other people's use of them.

Trademarks

HYROX® is a registered trademark of its owner. RoxPace is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by HYROX or its organisers.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account in the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, lost profits, or injury arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
